About Home Warranty Checkup

Home Warranty Checkup is a free consumer referral service operated by Luxury Brands International Inc., a United States company. We help homeowners figure out whether a home warranty plan is worth looking into, then connect them with providers that serve their area.

What we do — and don't

We ask a few questions about your home, match your answers with home warranty providers whose plans generally fit homes like yours, and — with your consent — pass your request to one or more of them so they can follow up with options. We do not sell warranties, we are not an insurer or a broker, and we never charge you anything.

How we make money

Providers pay us for referrals. That is the whole model, and it is why the checkup is free. We think you should know that when you weigh the options a provider presents, which is why it is stated here, in our Terms, and on the How It Works page.

Our commitments

• Consent first. Nobody contacts you unless you check the consent box on our form, and every submission carries a third-party consent certificate (ActiveProspect TrustedForm).
• Named partners. Every company that can receive your information is listed by legal name on our Marketing Partners page before it receives anything.
• Easy exit. One form — opt out here — stops contact, revokes consent, and tells us to relay your request to any partner that received it.
• Plain language. No fake urgency, no guaranteed savings, no "licensed specialists." Home warranties are service contracts with real limits, and we say so.
